Black Album is their best album tho

I disagree. Though it is their most fluent it is also their most formulated. Which was the beginning of the end for Metallica. I am not trying to take anything away from the black album. It is obviously a milestone for them, but i think it was also there tombstone. After the black album they diddnt know what to do or where to go. In their process of recording load and reload it seemed like they tried to recreate the rawness of "the old days" with a formulated rhythm reminiscent of the black album. I surely dont know what happened to Metallica. I think maybe the loss of cliff had alot to do with the direction change of their music. I know things change and music has to change and grow to stay appealing, but the path the band went down was completely deferent from the paths Metallica made. St. anger is garbage and i dont know if the band can ever recover from that. That album had nothing worth while.

thier best album is with out a doubt Master Of Puppets that album has 8 songs and its over and hour long and all amazing not even one boring moment!

No man, its either Ride the Lighting or The Black Album

You were 3 years old, pre-kindergarten, limited speech, barely more than a baby really, and you were begging your parents for a Metallica CD? I've heard of early bloomers, I was totally into RHCP at age 8, but thats just ridiculous.

I started liking RATM when I was 9

I liked Nirvana since as long as I can remember (same with NIN, RHCP, and Radiohead), RATM since age 8, Tool since 9...my mom had very good taste in music.

My parents to, they had me listening to Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath before I could talk. and I was fed a healthy diet of The Greatful Dead.

Damn, you guys parents rule, I only just discovered real classic rock
