LoL I think he could do that. However I think it's impossible for her to die in a massive explosion. She has survived escaping:
4 space stations explosions, 1 planet explosion, 2 inner planet explosions, and 1 dimensional collapse. Really, I think it's safe to say Samus can't die in an expolsion of a planet. She has too much experince with them.

Yeah Samus wins because she's uber gay... Surviving a planet blowing up? Come on, that's completely retarded. And impervious to falling damage? I mean, that means nothing physical could harm her. Not a bullet, not an explosion. You could drop like 50 high yield nukes on her and she wouldn't die. Wtf kind of game is that. She didn't have all this shit in the old Metroids I played. Man I've lost all respect for Samus now. Her mission is like sending the Chief against a bunch of grunts with pea-shooters. No wonder she wins.
Why dont you just say nothing in the universe can hurt Samus? From what I've seen there's nothing I know of that could harm Samus, it's physically impossible.
