sometimes crackers with cheese, sometimes cerial, once a week or so i might have an egg on toast. Cup of tea, gave up on coffee for breakfast.
I have friends that complain bout their weight problem, and say "Why am i not losing weight? I dont eat breakfast." Breakfast starts your meatabolism in the morning, if you dont have it, and then have like a big dinner or lunch, you gain so much more weight.
