Agrabah, at the moment. I just helped Aladdin fight off some heartless, and he wished the rest away with the Genie. I completed Traverse Town, you fight the Guard Armor and the new villian Axel there. The Unknown gives you a battle tutorial, as well.

Yep, I've seen it in screenshots. The FMV in the beginning is pretty much PS2 quality; it's awesome.
