I'm a rooster illusion
I had the same dream a few times in 4 differemt houses, up to the age of 11. It started when i was about 4 years old.
I would be asleep in bed, the in the midde of the night, I would suddenly wake up (I dont know if you would call this a dream, sisnce I AACTUALLY woke up) and i would hear this absolutely BLOODCURLING scream, the kind that makes the little hairs on the back of your neck stand up. The, my door would slowly cpreek open, and from the darkness, a silluet of a man would walk in, it made no noise as it kind of glided across the floor towards my bed, and this utter fear would fill my entire body, I couldnt move, i cuoldt breather let alone talk, its as if I was paralized. The FEAR is undescriabable. Anyway, this silluet (sp) would hover/walk over to my bed and just stand over me, looking down, once again I cannot stress enough, how intense the fear was, i would start sweating. Anyway, my first instinct as a child was to call out for my mother, but as much as I would try I couldnt, it was as if something was pressing down on my chest. I would manage to squeeze out a weak squeeck of "mum" and the thing would just turn around and SPRINT out of my room, the kind of sprint that would make A LOT of noise, but there wasnt even a sound.
This is ALL completely true, i am not making this up, this used to scare the SHIT out of me. I had a talk with my dad about it a couple of years ago, before which i had never told anyone, he told me he had some similar dream when him and his friend were staying at a caravan park located near a semitary when he first came to the USA. Later I found out that in one of the houses where i had this dream, a pregnant lady had fallen out of the window and died.
After having these dreams, like at least twice a year for about 7 years, they just stopped. And they stopped, when i statrted wearing a cross. I have NEVER taken my cross off since then, and i do mean NEVER, thats how much it has effected me.
Believe wht you will, but this is all fact.
