"Battlefield Baseball"!
I rented "Living Hell" last night, which was best described as an Asian "TCM". Sadly, it didn't quite deliver. I was scrolling through the extras and came across a trailer for a movie called "Battlefield Baseball".
It's a horror/comedy by Yudai Yamaguchi, director of "Versus", about a high school baseball team looking to make it to the championship, but have to get through Gedo High, which just so happens to be a team of zombies and a coach that looks like The Mask, in an Mexican Mariachi band get-up.
Mayhem ensues.
Anyway,
check out this review for more. I'm telling you, like "Shaolin Soccer", this movie is going to blow up the more hype it generates.
