Wolverine was half dead in Wolverine 20 and in 21(where he fought Elektra) he was still under mind control of some sort from the Hand and Hydra. Seeing how he was still [i]under the weather[/I] and I would imagine he would at least be trying to resist the control some what, as such his reflexes should have been slowed down.
Realistically Batman stands no chance against Wolverine, who is his physical superior in every way and at least his equal in fighting skill (I tend to think he is superior there as well). Wolverine has one bar fights with Roughhouse with out even popping his claws, he can keep up with Spider-man in the speed department when he needs to and he takes full on hits from the likes of the Hulk.
Many people would like the write off most of Wolverine’s appearances because they believe it was done to please the so called fan boys… but how do you explain Wolverine before the mid 90’s? He really wasn't that popular.
