Hulk lifting 350 billion tons in SW1

I know Hulk wasn't actually "lifting" that much, just keeping it all from caving in on the heroes but can anyone else on Marvel Earth "lift" this much?

Well technically Hulk could, he has the strength to. I'm sure Drax with the Power Gem could probably do it. There's many, cosmics etc.

-AC

It was 150 billion, not 350.

No, not on Marvel's Earth. The cosmics probably can though.

Oops, 150 billion, my bad

dont worry about it, ounce you exceed a 100 billion it's all the same thing anyway.

uh...he should've went straight thru the ground with that much weight on him.

It's like Superman pushing the moon in Superman IV: Quest for Peace.....he shoulda gone into the ground instead of actually moving the moon.

I think ur forgetting that its a comic, a DC one at that 😉

Hulk just used leverage to keep it supported, with his back and his legs. He didn't "lift" anything because it was already lifted up by Molecule Man.

An object THAT big truly must have had a portion of it resting on the ground. It was too large for Hulk to balance as well as lift.

No one on Marvel EARTH could ever do something like that. Not Juggernaut, not anyone. That feat was 2/3 bullcrap anyways, but it was part of comic continuity so who am I to argue?

it was very impressive, but at the same time...very unbelievable.

I don't think many things in comics are unbelieveable and if I do I overlook them.

When you're a fanatic of a silver alien who goes around on a surfboard in Space, you have to just waive believability when it comes to Comics.

My (dumb) friend once said "HA! Hulk lifting a mountain, where's the realism?". Obviously overlooked that it was a big, green monster holding up that mountain with a guy who has the abilities of a Spider and other such assorted mutants with him.

-AC

well, technically none of the Superheroes that were underneath the mountain were mutants. All the mutants were X-men and during this encounter, they were hanging out at Magneto's headquarters.

but that's just me being a wise ass to your wise ass comment about realism. 🙂

Hey I saw that. And Wonder Woman has helped shove the moon around before too.

and superman moved war world well it was pushing back at him

it was very impressive, but at the same time...very unbelievable

since when did things in comics have to be believable?

It could be possible for the hulk to lift that if he was angry enouth.

true

Why? Lest we forget, mountains are on...the ground.

This is a comic book folks. The word "realistic" doesn't apply. Hulk could lift any weight, whether it was 150 billion or 150 trillion tons, it's irrelevant. Lifting any weight is well within Hulk's character. Remember the whole infinite strength with anger deal?
