Anyone else realize the noobs have declared war on themselves?

I'm not a noob but I'm also not one for really deep conversations where SW is related. I love the films, really I do but I just don't know enough about SW technically or otherwise to really debate to the full with many of the knowledgeable members that visit these boards.

I just hope that my posts aren't always taken as immature just because they mostly consist of 'I love these movies!' or 'I love Hayden!' or 'I'm really excited!' or... 💃

no we're talking about people like 12345m and crow_t_robot and people that are just ignorant and argumenative. just cause you may not know alot about SW to appreciate it or have fun with it.

have you seen some of the things i post? just dont worry about it. if you say something someone doesnt like, they'll usually tell you nicely the first couple of times. Just dont worry about it, youre fine.

I hope I didn't offend anyone or make anyone mad at me for making this OT thread. I am a simple guy who doesn't join many forums because of the nonsense that goes on with all the OT posting. I dont join many forums but this one I came to really like reading thru the many fun points/arguements that are made about the Star Wars universe and RotS.

I usually keep to myself but it seemed that ever since the teaser trailer buzz started up and more so when it came out the pointless threads & posts skyrocketed. Just thought a lil reminder that things were getting away from what many people, as you can see by the comments made before this post, have agreed with my original post stated.

Thanks a lot. I think that the reason I wanted to start posting on a forum after all these years is that we are coming much closer to having all 6 films to watch and enjoy, but now we can begin to really pick apart all the central themes. Unfortunately, I've just seen many forums start to fall apart with in-fighting, one person trying to scoop the next- even some people exaggerating just what they have/have not seen for simple Internet fandom.

Well, **** all that. Let's just start to enjoy what we've apparently loved for all these years! 🙂
