Angel could hear the voices outside her barrier. She whimpered in pain and clutched the tip of her wing which had begun to bleed heavily, crimson liquid pouring upon her hands. It gathered at the bottom of the barrier orb, forming a growing puddle. She still stayed in the barrier, not daring to come out.

Hanzo looked up at Tom. "Calm down, she tripped." He stated bluntly. "I healed her cuts, but she has to deal with the injury on the wing herself..." He said.
Hanzo stayed on his feet and went to the other side of the barrier. He examined it, touching it. Feeling the aura of spiritual energy around it. If only I could find a way to get past it... He thought. Then I would be able to help Angel... She knows my feelings for her... She would understand why I want to help so badly.
A beam of darkness swirled within the sky. There was a sharp snap, like the sound of a bone cracking. Then with a whoosh came a portal, not large but small enough to fit through. Out stepped a young woman, flowing black hair ran around her shoulder. Piercing crimson orbs gazed lifelessly at the surroundings. Pitch black wings folded out and spread into a deadly blade. "Angel...." The dark winged creature stepped towards the glowing orb, with a strike of her hand, the orb disappeared, leaving Angel exposed and terrified. "Angel, what have they done to you?"
Angel stared up in confusion, wondering how this creature knew her name. The dark winged being sped around struck Tom right in the face. She kicked Hanzo in the chest and spread out her wings menacingly. "You touch her, and I'll rip you limb from limb and spit on your glowing ashes you filth!"
