Aiko waved to Ice before turning and gazing up at the gears. She cracked her knuckles and gripped the gears. She began to climb as she looked down at the two. "Well, aren't you coming?" She laughed and started to climb again, her heart pounding as he searched for a foothold. As she got higher up she began to feel very sick. She glanced down at the ground and yelped a bit, her face turning pale. "We're high! Really high up! I... I have to be brave. C'mon Aiko. You can do this... deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath." Aiko filled her lungs and continued on, not looking down.

Angel spotted the guns. She turned to Oyoka and smiled at him before letting her hand glow brighter. She turned to Tom and smiled a bit. "I'll go and distract them. Don't worry, I'll be safe. I promise." She gave him a soft kiss on the cheek before slowly sneaking along the wall, so far undetected. She took a deep breath of air before letting a sharp beam of light bolt through the darkness. She glared at the startled men before her. "Now... To lead them away." She stopped the glow and ran in a random direction, knowing if worse came to worse, she could always call Halo or Dark to her side.

"I prefer the easy way, Aiko."

[Ice makes an Ice-disk.]

"Oh and don't worry Jacope II, this won't cause the bomb to explode, so get on, if you'd like."

Im not suppose to be next to it. My powers will blow it up. Ill give you all instuctions how to turn it off.

::Jacope II remembered how Aiko wuz afraid of heights::

Aiko was going up with plenty of positive attitude. When Jacope II mentioned tripping she clung tight to one of the gears and stared down again. She yelped and hung tigther. "He just had to jinx me didn't he?" She thought with a sigh. She gave him a big grin. "I'm ok!" "Psh... yeah right..." Aiko continued to climb, forcing herself not to look down.

::Jacope II was looking at aiko climb up. He didnt want to say no more. He knows how she feels. When he was an X-blade, at the age of 8, they made him fight a dragon with no weaponds win or lose. There was a crowd of people watching me get hammered around.::

Aiko yelped as her hand slipped from a gear. She fell a few feet down before her foot caught on another gear. She dangled upside down from a long way up. With fear in her eyes her body froze, her hand slowly searching for the top gear to grab onto.

Angel slowed down a bit, letting the men know she was tiring. She had to draw them away. She had to! She glanced at the men behind her and spun around to face them. She closed her eyes before wailing into the air. The air echoed and cracked with her scream. Before long the ground shook as a large mass slammed through the building. It was Cerberus, answering his master's daughter's call. Angel smirked and pointed to the men. "Get 'em boy!" Cerberus knew by Angel's thoughts not to harm them as she raced between the men and Tom, Oyoka, and (assuming Jill's with ya) Kaze. He snarled, all three jaws growling viciously. Angel felt a warm pelt rub against her as Halo appeared. The cat growled as Angel jumped onto her back. "Let's go Halo!" Halo roared before taking off, her paws flaming as she went to distract the frightened men.

::Jacope II was shocked he couldnt fly up because the detonator will blow up::

Jacope II: AIKO!!!

Aiko found the metal part of the gear as she swung her leg off and dangled like a monkey from it. Her feet wildly searched for a foot hold. Once found she smiled a bit. "I'm ok!" She shouted back down to Jacope II as she began to climb again, her hands shaking a bit.

::Jacope II was ready to grab and help Aiko but he couldnt even move 3 feet up. he was ready to catch her::

Jacope whispered: dont look down...

Aiko took a deep breath before climbing up higher. She struggled to keep her hold despite how terrified she was. She wouldn't fail Jacope II and the others. She had to do this. She climbed faster, courage returning to her white face and putting the determined look back on.

Jacope II: Aiko you can do it. Over come youre fear or youll live lwith the fear for ever. You can do it. Do it for earth!

Aiko climbed faster. She no longer needed to find a foothold, it was just natural. The cat in her began to leap, skipping entire gears. She clung to the gear and began to leap harder and higher, latching onto each part of the gear and no longer even noticing how high up she was getting.

::Jacope II was proud of her::

Jacope II: Youre doin great Aiko jus....

::M.F.Q came out of nowhere and hits Jacope II from behind. Jacope II was knocked uncouncience. M.F.Q starts to climb up to the detonator by the gears::

Aiko suddenly felt like something was wrong. She spun around to see MFQ coming up behind her. She snarled and embraced her feline senses. She suddenly leapt into the air, clearing 9 feet. She jumped again, hooking her hands into the pockets on the gears. She had to reach the bomb before MFQ did. She lunged again and again, now it seemed as if she were running up the gears instead of climbing upon them.

Tom ran up over a dozen flights of stairs before he kicked down a door and began to fight through a group of guards. His movements felt different, as though they were heavier. "I can't fight like this for very long... I have to get my real powers back." He thought, jumping over an attack and throwing one attacker into a group of others.
