That's the page of my original character description. I've actually made some changes to the character since then though. I've explored different possiblities with her.. so here's all the changes.
Name: Dare
Secret Idenity: Deneve Shiloh (no one knows this 'cept her)
Relationship Status: Currently In A Relationship
Eye Color: Blue
Hair: Short Red
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 110 lbs
Powers: telepathic, flight, strange power that derives from her unknown heritage, telekinesis, etc
Costume: Red cloak like Raven's.. that's all that's really solid right now. Everything else is TBD..
Family: Kathryn Shiloh (adopted mother), Louis Shiloh (adopted father), Annika Shiloh (adopted sister), Drake Watson (brother)
Background: Deneve and Drake were abandoned at an orphanage when they were estimated to be about only 1 or 2 days old. There was only a small note with them that read:
These are my children. They're names are Deneve and Drake. Please take care of them." The orphanage did take the twins in.
It was not long after that however that the old man who ran the orphanage realized Deneve and Drake were not normal children. After taking the twins inside and into the light the old man discovered that both had strange markings, fangs, pointy ears, and small feathered wings.
Deneve's markings were sprawled across the right side of her face, her left ribs, her stomach, right arm, legs, a portion of her collar bone, and her back. Her wings were jet black and had steams of read flowing through them. The old man also discovered a silver chain around her neck with an engraved crystal peice at the end.
Over time Drake and Deneve discovered that they had strange, but marvelous powers. Drake eventually became reluctant to use his powers and finally decided not to use them at all. Deneve was just the opposite and experimented with her powers as much as she could. Eventually discovering she could slip her wings in and out of our demension at will.
When the twins were 7 years old a woman by the name of Hannah Watson adopted Drake. Deneve had been at the zoo with another group of children at the time. When she returned Drake was gone. Deneve was heart broken.
Two years later Kathryn and Louis Shiloh adopted Deneve. They welcomed her into their home and even provided her with a younger sister; Annika the Shiloh's real daughter.
Kathryn and Louis were scienctists that worked at Star Labs. They trained Deneve in the art of self defense and how to use an array of weapons. Her favorite was the sword. They also helped her learn how to use her vast powers. Deneve's training was very intense and her sister Annika also endured the same training.
Deneve and her new found family constantly moved around. Deneve never liked school so she constantly caused trouble, mostly by scaring students and teachers with her real appearance. But when they moved to San Fansisco Deneve decided to disguise herself as human for once and found she actually liked her new school. On her way there she stopped a mugging and she found she like that feeling. She also discovered that her brother Drake goes to her new school!
Deneve decided to join the Teen Titans as Dare.

also has healing properties.
His signature move is growing a tree in your body that constricts your organs. far as i can remember only Used on Beast boy (oh the fun times)
Clothes: Basicaly look at my sig but think of browns and greens. He carries with him a holy branch staff carved into an intricate design.

hes basicaly from Azerath in the forest his tribe of elves he rules was under attack he savethem with the help of the teen titans
Dare and him met fell inlove and he traded his title of Lord to drain some of Dares demon blood and swaped it with his pure elven to save her.

(lol I remember that.) We could start one year after Infinite Crisis. In the comics the Titans are just getting back on their feet and there is a lot of unrest in the team. I think the members include:

Tell me if I missed anybody.. XP Starfire is M.I.A. and Beast Boy is with the Doom Patrol. Kid Flash disappeared into the Speed Force awhile back and reappeared recently as an adult. Superboy is dead of course.

Idk.. I don't think we have anybody to play them.
But in the comics Cyborg and Starfire serve as like mentors and team members since they're both in there 20's. Raven was dead.. Brother Blood brought her back and he made her a new body. She's only like 16 or 17 now. Beast Boy's either 19 or 20. The Robin in the Titans now is Tim Drake the 3rd Robin.. though I think Nightwing (1st Robin) will be making or already has made a return to the Teen Titans. I think that covers it? 0.o
okay well ill start an appearance just because i am bored.
The air was still that night, and the moon hid in the shadows ashamed to look at the earth. The beacon of hope to the once grand city has fallen and its inhabitants separated. The vacant stares as the few passerbys read of betrayal as the crime and death toll rises by unseen magnitudes.
The grass rustles in the small patches that have grown in the desecrated tower. A spark of light that quickly vanishes revealing a thin and travel warn teen, his green hair long and covering his eyes, the robes he wore in taters. leaning against a remaining pillar he sighs.
Closing his green eyes, he listens, the slightest whispers float in and out of his mind trying to find any information.
Its been well over a year he departed this place. And all the events that followed were such a blur. one of them a fight with Dare. It still hurt him, and a thin tear slid out from the corner of his eye. wiping it he stuck his staff in the ground and opened a small portal where he withdrew two golden plants, which he laid gently on the ground.
Slowly he sat down cross-legged and began to meditate, his body and the plants uniting in a dim green glow, a sphere of light followed and now he was untouchable. safe from harm as he waited to see if anyone, just anyone would come back.

The world surrounding was barren and cold. One couldn't and shouldn't find a living creature for miles on any given day in this waste land. However, this day was different. Crouched over a small fire, shivering, and shaking encrusted ice from her clothing was teenage girl. Logic dictated that she shouldn't be there, but there she was.
For some reason the girl rose and with a wave of her hand exstinguished the fire. Her errand was finished now after two weeks in this place. She shouldered her pack, murmered a few soundless words, and then she was gone.
"Deneve!" An older, brunette woman called out in a frantic tone as the girl reappeared in a homey looking kitchen.
"Hey." Deneve otherwise known as Dare said weakly before crashing to the ground. The older woman rushed to the fallen teen's side and turned her over. Dare's face was covered with frost bite and she was shivering violently.
"Deneve you fool of a girl."
