Psycrone showed up earlier. I found out that his brother was evil so I helped Psy fight his brother. When I had Destro distracted Psy came up from behind and broke his neck.

((Dude, Psycrone didn't break his neck, but knocked him on the major nerve system hard enough to knock him unconscious.))
