the girl opened her eyes and stood. there was snow covering her like a frosty blanket. she had been deep in thought about her only power, and the reason her parents and everyone else despised her. her eyes focused on to something in the distance... its red color stood out upon the white snow she walked over to it slowly, snow blew across her path. bout a yard away she stopped, horrified at what lay before her. there was a girl with white wings lying on her side, she looked unharmed, but she was obviously not breathing. her mouth twinged at the end, almost a smile as she lay lifeless. around her body parts and blood was spread out. " oh my god.." she whispered. she fell to her knees in front of the girls corps and tried, unsuccesfully, not to get sick something poked out of her hand... the girl pulled it out and read it. it was smeared with blood. " lance.. im so sorry.. now and forever, all i wanted was to be with you.. im going to avenge haru, and i dont know if ill be back, but i hope someday, somehow ill find the bravery to give this to you..... love, always and for eternity, kaze." she read aloud. " kaze..." she repeated the name and looked down at her. maybe her life, which she beleived to be pointless could do at least one thing, to help one person... she would find lance.
Paddies knocked on Chibi Boys door, no answer, he opened the door and the room was in a mess with potion containers on the floor and books all over the floor. It was clear that someone who wasn't supposed to have been there has been, and recently too. A wind blew through the window which was wide open, there was a note stuck to the wall
