" hm.. maybe i should go lie fown.." she started feeling sick.

"yeah maybe you should...come on" he took her hand and guided her towards the tower. They make their way inside and go to Zeke's room. He lays her down. "Now do you need water or anything like that?"

" yea.. a glass of water sounds good..." she trembled. " youll stay with me..?"

-lance laughs as his demonic marks apper again-

"Yes of course. I'll be right back. I'll get your water." He came back with a glass of water. "Here you go. I'll be in the bathroom. I'm gonna take a cold shower. I'll be quick." He said.

" ok..." she trembled again.

"You're trembling. Is there anything else you need?" He put another blanket on her.

-shot the gaurd out of the way and laughs as he walks away to his next stop-

" i..ill be ok..." she closed her eyes and drew in a sharp breath.

-lance went to the power plant to cut the power on the entire city-

"Ok, I'm going to go shower. I'll be five minutes." He went into the bathroom, undressed and showered. The only sound in his room was the sound of the shower.

suddenly miloes eyes took on an eerie neon blue glow, and her voice sounded doubled... in a droned out feminine voice it murmured. " no..." her eyes stoped glowing and her voice returned to normal, but a soft laugh could be heard echoing through. she whined in fear and shut er eyes tight.

-lance reached the power plant an blewit and all the people inside up and watches everything shut off every where including the tower-

Zeke came out of the shower. The Lights had gone out. He went to check on miloe. He wrapped a towel around his waste and walked to the bed. "It's ok miloe, just a power-outage. Are you okay?"

"i..i.. " she took his hand in hers and pulled him towards the bed. " yea..im ok..."

-lance flew up and took out the communication satalite and cut the city off from communiating from the outside cities-

Zeke remembered that he used to be afraid of the dark. It symbolized loneliness, and he hated that. "Miloe, I think everything is going to be okay. I think that nothing can go wrong now..." he said in the dark, sitting next to her.

" ok..."" she interlaced his fingers in hers and scooted over in his bed, the covers pulled up warming her from the icy chill of the room.

Zeke was still damp from the shower. He realized how cold it was in the room and pulled closer to Miloe. The dark was scary...but it seemed...fitting. He carressed Miloe and kissed her in the dark.
