Palpatine's reincarnation

How is it possible that Palpatine was able to reincarnate into another body(strips), where did he learned all this???
Was he that high developed in the Force, really, Palpatine is a powerful man...

Yup. SH is correct. His body may have been destroyed, but the soul never dies.

Well, he would have to be powerful, wouldn't he? You don't see Darthy, the Chosen One, doing it. Or any Jedi.

In the 1st Dark Empire comic series he transfered his soul to his clones on the planet Byss after it was destroyed by Vader. the body that he used in the RotJ wasn't the his original body either. The Dark Force aged his body extremely fast.

What happened to Palpatine after he was destroyed once again by Luke and Leia???
