George Bush? Could be. Maybe. But I think he is rather called Yog-Sothoth (counterpart of Azathoth/check my website for more information) because Sauron is pretty smart, right? And Yog-Sothoth is the intelligent side of Azathoth (who is mindless), it is said that Yog-Sothoth is the key to freedom of evil (just like as in LOTR).

I don't think so, you see Sauron (Yog-Sothoth) is way more powerfuller than Lucifer (Marduk), so it would be otherwise: Lucifer would follow Sauron in Hell (Abyss).
