In the first 30 days after the system's launch, there will be roughly 10 to 12 games in a variety of genres. By the end of Q1 2005, the library will be at roughly 20 to 25 games. There are more than 120 games currently in development for the system around the world. In addition, due to the system's backward-compatibility with the Game Boy Advance via the DS' second cartridge port, the system will allow gamers to play more than 550 existing GBA games.

lol.. that comment wasnt 'entirely' directed at you... but there are alot of so called "girl gamers" that just use thier cuteness to get over on boys and get free rare items in most role playing games. Like I said there 'are' girl gamers, but most of them are just boys looking for free stuff.

as for DS.. Im starting to consider getting mario 64 ds @_@

does anyone think that the touch pad on the DS might break after a while?.. what might be its lifespan?

not many know, but knowing nintendo, it should be preeeettyyy durable(this coming from the company that's previous products survived being flushed in toilets, being put in cans of oil, being left in the rain, being dropped from buildings, and every other abuse known to man)

I've known a gameboy that was dropped from 5 stories up (onto grass, tho), attacked by a bulldog, left in the rain and sun for two more days, and still works perfectly. The only damage was a cracked casing around the edges! 😂

My GBA Sp went in the washer and dryer and worked perfectly.

What gets me mad is when I'm playing on my GC and my mum comes in the bedroom and the cable for the controller is in the way where my mum is working - you know what happens, well, proberly not all of it - the GC is pulled off the desk and hits the bedroom floor!!

I get so protected with my game disks and consoles...once the game actually came out the console when it fell and it could still control it (yes, it was on!!)

It's called RAM for a reason...

I know what you mean. The only thing I ever got on my SP was some fadings on the edges but my cousins. Huge scratch on the screen.
Then one of his friends had taken off all the stickers and info.. I got really mad and called him a fu**ing idiot and punched him. 😠 😠 😠
