so is this mk3 movie a sequel or a fresh start?

sequel, i think. the MK trend seem to follow the realeased games story lines.

i think they need to remake the SF movie and hire somebody who'll be believable as guile.

as long as they bring back johnny cage (the guy from the first movie aced it) i'll be happy.

they should redo sf, fix guile and give ryu and ken bigger roles, only problem it aint as popular as it used to be, shame...

true. ken and ryu in the orig SF movie we're so ubelievably gay. and they were f*cking tiny. now vega, sagat and especially m. bison were excellent casts. and kylie minogue as cammy... that couldn't go wrong droolio

bison rocked... sagat was cool. kylie? seriously? as eye candy yes, but she can't act 😛

No one is yet 100% sure on that. 😉

Its a toal mix up at this point, every few weeks we hear it will continue off the events of the second film but then we hear they will ignore the second film and make it more of a sequel to the first film.

thats what i'd do, the first one was really good imo, and bring back johhny cage!!!

Well whatever the story may be it is certain that Johny will be back (original Johny Cage) and hopefully the rest of the originals.

Plus the director has signed to a 4th film so we will get to see at least two nore MK films in the near future. (unless MK3 does horribly at the box office)

Yeah physically he was all wrong but his voice was just right though.

Yes I agree with his voice...The second MK movie the actor was wrong too who played as Rayden...

Even through this might be closed soon.I just want to see that the movie rocks outloud!and the soundtrack is cool!The second one however bombed big time!

1. I talked to the mod before making the thread and it won't be closed anytime soon as far as I know.

2. I agree the soundtrack was great along with the film.

3. The third wasn't that bad but compared to the first it was bad.
