A vast sea of stars serves as the backdrop for the main title, followed by a roll up, which crawls into infinity.
EPISODE III: REVENGE OF THE SITH
For three years the great Clone War
has ravaged the galaxy. Starvation and
misery stalk countless worlds.
Although near defeat, Count Dooku
and his Confederacy of Independent
Systems have masterminded the capture
of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.
With the mighty Armada of the Republic
behind them, Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi
and Anakin Skywalker pursue Dooku and
his sinister agents across the galaxy...
PAN DOWN to reveal two JEDI STARFIGHTERS flying in perfect sync. They belong to ANAKIN SKYWALKER and OBI-WAN KENOBI. The lower half of a STAR DESTROYER comes into view and the JEDI fly past the bottom of it.
A group of REPUBLIC STARFIGHTERS are dispatched and suddenly fall downward past a wall of SEPARATIST CRUISERS that are trying to escape from the planet of CORUSCANT and through the blockade of STAR DESTROYERS.
TRI-FIGHTERS are dispatched from the TRADE FEDERATION CORESHIP and begin their attack against the DESTROYERS. The JEDI make their way towards the FEDERATION FLAGSHIP where a signal from Jedi Knight, SHAAK-TI, is being emitted. Suddenly, the TRI-FIGHTERS dispatch their boosters.
INT. COCKPIT, JEDI STARFIGHTER - CORUSCANT - DAWN
OBI-WAN listens as other pilots report incoming enemy starships. R4-P17 sits on the wing.
INT. COCKPIT, JEDI STARFIGHTER - CORUSCANT - DAWN
ANAKIN sits at the controls wearing a metallic headband. Red lights begin to activate as enemy fire approaches. ANAKIN looks towards ARTOO DETOO. An explosion rocks ANAKIN SKYWALKER's starship as gunfire destorys a JEDI STARFIGHTER. The TRI-FIGHTERS fly past the ANAKIN's STARFIGHTER.
The STARFIGHTERS continue to make their way towards the FEDERATION FLAGSHIP. The FLAGSHIP turns and begins to fire its turbo lasers towards the DESTORYERS.
BANKING CLAN CRUISERS fire upon a mass of STAR DESTROYERS that exit from hyperspace. The STAR DESTROYERS fire missiles against the BANK CRUISERS.
In the background, a DESTROYER docks in a FEDERATION CRUISER. CLONES begin to unload as the CORE SHIP dispatches. CLONE GUNNERS and DROID GUNNERS fire upon each other.

ARTOO wanders down the hallway but is ordered to go back to the starship.

The JEDI squeeze through and seal the hatch in a main hallway.

14. INT. HALLWAY, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
The seal holds as the explosion rocks the ship. The JEDI begin to run down the hall.
ANAKIN tries to dodge debris as smoke fills the corridor.
15. INT. ELEVATOR LOBBY, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
The JEDI wait at a group of elevators. Suddenly, a group of DROIDEKAS attack the them. Explosions hit the walls around them.
16. INT. ELEVATOR, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
The JEDI battle BATTLE DROIDS inside the elevator. ANAKIN manages to cut a hole in the ceiling.

18. INT. ELEVATOR, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
ANAKIN climbs out of the elevator onto the ceiling. OBI-WAN contacts ARTOO on his comlink as he battles droids.

The elevator begins to rapidly descend into the bowels of the cruiser.

19. INT ELEVATOR SHAFT, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
ANAKIN grabs onto the entry door to the elevator and watchs as the elevator plunges down under him. A blast of wind hits him.

21. INT. ELEVATOR, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
OBI-WAN continues to fight BATTLE DROIDS that try and destroy him. The elevator continues to descend rapidly.
22. INT. ELEVATOR, FEDERATION CRUISER - SPACE
A BATTLE DROID finds ANAKIN. ANAKIN flips himself up into the shaft and lands on the roof of the elevator. He falls through the hole in the ceiling. He startles OBI-WAN.
The elevator comes to a sudden stop.
23. INT. ELEVATOR LOBBY, GENERAL'S QUARTERS - SPACE
ANAKIN and OBI-WAN step from out an elevator. The door hisses shut as they step out into a long hallway. ANAKIN and OBI-WAN walk down the hallway.

24. GENERAL'S QUARTERS, FEDERATION CRUISER
PALPATINE is cuffed to a large chair that overlooks the battle outside. ANAKIN and OBI-WAN appear at the entrance to the quarters of COUNT DOOKU. ANAKIN and OBI-WAN take on DOOKU. ANAKIN kicks DOOKU in the head, knocking him to the floor.
DOOKU raises his hand and uses the Force. OBI-WAN is knocked out. ANAKIN is slammed against the wall.

ANAKIN lifts OBI-WAN onto his shoulders and makes his way towards the elevator.

49. EXT. SENATE LANDING PLATFORM - CORUSCANT
PALPATINE, MAS AMMEDA and four ROYAL GUARDS exit the shuttle. SENATORIAL GUARDS line the wind-swept platform.
OBI-WAN, ANAKIN, MACE and BAIL ORGANA and his AIDE wait with Loyalist Senators including JAR JAR BINKS, ORN FREE TAA, MON MOTHMA, FANG ZAR, GIDDEAN DANU, MALE-DEE, NEE ALAVAR, CHI EEKWAY and TERR TANEEL.
Also present are Senators ASK AAK, MON CALAMARI, TUNDRA DOWMEIA and his AIDE, and hundreds of other DIGINITARIES, PROTOCOL DROIDS and BETTIE DROIDS.
ATROO and THREEPIO also are present.

Senators file in the Senate building. Senator AMIDALA greets ANAKIN and OBI-WAN KENOBI.

PADME is brushing her hair on the small balcony outside her main room. ANAKIN stands in the archway. She continues to brush her hair while talking to ANAKIN. ANAKIN comes out and they share a tender moment. AMIDALA discusses her plans for the him, their family and life on Naboo.

A sleek silver speeder filled with occupants arrives at the side of the veranda. THREEPIO and two handmaidesn, MOTEE and ELLE wait on the veranda while a running fountain sits in the centre.
CAPTAIN TYPHO exits the speeder and helps SENATOR AMIDALA out.
PADME
Thank you, Captain.
TYPHO
Rest well, milady.
PADME (to her handmaidens)
I'll be back up in a little while, wait for me.
MOTEE and ELLE follow her into her apartment. THREEPIO also follows.
PADME and ANAKIN sit on a couch on the veranda.

R4-G9 is sitting in OBI-WAN’s Jedi Starfighter in the hangar bay. COMMANDER CODY and other clones listen to their Jedi General.

Storm clouds have gathered outside the window. ANAKIN and OBI-WAN talk. OBI-WAN leaves.
ANAKIN sits alone in the chamber. He gets up and moves to the window.

A group of Senator’s sit in front of Chancellor PALPTINE including GIDDEAN DANU, FANG ZAR, MALE DEE and Senator AMIDALA of Naboo. Standing silently behind them is a CGI alien Senator, Senator NEE ALAVAR and a Mon Calamari Official/Senator.
PALPATINE discusses the affairs of the galaxy. FANG ZAR and other SENATORS expresses their concerns over how PALPATINE is running the affairs of the galaxy.
