The best thing to do if you are guy is to be nice to the girl thats on her period. Maybe give her chocolate.

If you are girl... Then get some chocolate, and heating pad. Stay away from cold things.

Yeah, i'm on mine right now 🙁 It just started. . . and at first I was not a happy camper but then I took a 3 hour long nap and now I feel better 🙂
