OMG help

My laptop wont charge. I keeps saying the charger isnt in when I know it is. I dosent work anymore 🙁

make sure it IS in and is connected correctly ... also check there is no dust on it

Sorry, and I did clean off all dust and it says it is in then its not, then it is then its not.

Your battery might be dead it its quite old. If its under warrenty contact the company you bought it from.

Am I able to buy a new charger because the charger is weird.

if it's still in guarantee, ask a new one in replacement

I got it last June

then it should be under guarantee still
