Well.. I work for a customs broker. We clear international freight shipments that cross the American/Canadian border through customs.
My official title here is "Customer Service Representative." Mostly I do accounting work right now. I set up frieght, help customers with problems, call people and demand money as polite and kind as possible. The fun stuff. 😐
