The reason why Green Day haven't heard of Busted is probably because Green Day don't play at Busted venues. The Nickelodeon Kids Awards and the Early Learning Centre aren't hot venues for Green Day.

I like to think of Busted as an anal excretion by Green Day. Even Green Day know it's a stinker.

For Green Day to say that about an ex-tribute band of theirs is brilliant. I hope Busted cried themselves to sleep last night. I can picture those blazer-wearring wannabes clutching teddy bears and rocking backwards and forwards.

Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if Busted thought "Hang on - THOSE GUYS are Green Day? Who were we tributing then? Who? Good Charlotte? Oh, right"
