It's from the anime 'Inuyasha'. It one of the characters eyes,his name is Sesshoumaru. In the 3rd movie,he says, "I,Sesshoumaru have no one to protect!" When in fact, he does.
He has gold eyes, 2 red strips on each side of his face,and a cresent moon on his forhead.
