7,

6, nice pic but the font needs work and the light red blotch in the upper middle looks out of place.

Rated, any advice on how to improve it?

4, I'm bad at Adivce.

Okay, I'm just too lazy too do it now, too tired.

rated, that's cool, I think the people that have been looking at my sigs in my thread are being nice to me, can you take a look sometime and give me a harsher evaluation?

Do you get what I mean about the font though? Vincent should have a kinda Goth font or something.

And the reason I pointed out the red blotch is cause it draws attention to it and away from the pic and the font.

Blotch can't Fix.

Tried Gothic Font, No Good.

Just select it and lower the brightness. Are you using Photoshop?

http://www.acidfonts.com/horrorfonts1.htm kick ass site for fonts.

Kay, here's how to fix the blotch.

Select the area, copy and layer it, then reduce the brightness almost all the way, then reduce the lightness slightly, then blending it with a drop shadow, disable global light and slightly up the size, spread and opacity.

Advice to Eclipso: Try blending the render in with the background and chang the contrast and colors. Using lighting effects and blurring the background helps develope a focal point. Also simpler fonts.

Hope that helps.

And what I said about the light next to spidey's head, it's the same thing as Vinny's blotch, it just draws your attention to one point of the sig.

I get what you mean with the background and I'm playing around with that.

I like funky fonts though.

The advice does help though, allot. Thank you.

I like the Zebra, one idea could be, colorize the right side and make a ripple effect in the middle, so it could be like it's passing from a world of black and white into color.

But still, nice work!

I tried that just to see how'd turn out.

Do you do 3D rendering at all? Cause then you could make the ripple effect in the middle. But it does look cool.

If you want, sometime later today I can show you what I mean by this.

Also as for font ideas, If you saw the poster for the movie "The Covenant", that font is Goth and sharp and should work well with Vincent.

no2 I have an elderly program that doesn't have very many cool features.
Besides, when I make sigs I press random buttons and hope it turns out good.

I love rendering as you can tell from some of my sigs and backgrounds.

If you want I can make the ripple effect and show you what I mean.

Your stuff always seems to turn out good though anyways. It's more of a style thing sometimes. Different people like different things.
