Difference is, McClane kicked the shit out of his opponent first and left her alive, cos he's a good guy. Boba just ****ed up and went out like a punk because of it. McClane got punished for being a good-guy but redeemed himself by coming back and kicking her ass a second time.
McClane > Boba Fett. Only thing Boba has on him, is gear.
