7/10 for having Dynasty warriors. The character let you down. I would've pushed it to 9 or 10 if you'd put Zhao Yun or Guan Yu on it.

Xiao Qiao is weak.

I respect your opinion, but please do not disrespect my opinion. Personally, I dislike Guan Yu and think he is one of the easiest characters in the game to beat. Xiao Qiao may not be a powerhouse, but strength isn't everything. She makes up for it in speed and personality. Again, I respect your opinion though.

Sorry about that, I just had to point that out. I get a bit annoyed when people just judge a character by the strength of their attack. Back to the topic...
