How did you shrink the picture? And did you save it as a gif. jpg. or bmp.?

Jpg, and I used paintshop. When I shrink it, it gets dull and a little blury 🙁

Hmm, it might work out better on just Paint... I have PSP8 and I find that shrinking pics puts them out of proportion, for some reason Paint doesn't do this. I was told once that when you decrease the sizes using Paint, if you hold down shift when you click 'ok' it helps 😂 Don't know if it's true but mine come out ok... mostly.
