a) lightsaber effects ive done for ages so i know how to do them
b) bluescreen background was the only one i could find with a volcano in background
c) sound effects were taken from jedi outcast and were the only ones i had to use.
i know it sounds poor. i cant help it. i know the video quality and frame rate is poor. i cant help it. i just had to work with what i was given.
hence, if i was given good quality footage with a good background pic, i could do a better job. plus i could easily get sound effects from TFN, i just dont want to.
all the comments i take into account. i know the video is pretty crap. i couldnt help it. sorry.

Yeah, what is rotoscoping and how do you do it? Especially with the lightsabers when they are moving to fast?
rortscoping is going frame by frame and drawing over the top of the footage. in SW - original trilogy, they hand painted over every frame for the lightsabers. im doing the same thing, except on a PC.
you only see a lightsaber prop for each frame, so its not like you have to sit there and 'guess' where they are. (although some frames i had to guess cause i couldnt see the damn things).
Thanks for the video and your hard work in publishing it Mist.
It looks great, just a little choppy (probably me running too many progs in background tho) 🙂
I think the final few frames are from the the duel in Palps office when Ani strikes a fellow Jedi (not Obi) hence the lighting effects on the side of Hadens face look almost like force lightning close by...who knows eh?
