WEBDOC 12 discussion

Torrent files are fun. lol. Um. That is a good question there bvader. We need some way to post these things without having to post them a thousand times, not that I mind doing that though.

What's a bit torrent file?

This isnt a very good explanation, but I will try. It kinda works like winzip. But you download a file and then download from the file, using a torrent program. Ala, It is a media-like file that can be opened with a torrent program. You can download hte client and then go to a torrent file site and download the file to open with.

I believe this is how it works. I could be wrong though. Anyone want to correct me on this one??

Sorry JP I wish people would just discuss this stuff and stop acting like needy kids in a toy store.

I myself like the thought of a young Chewy. When we see him in ANH he is much older and wiser. I wonder if he is going to make some kind of mistake that causes him to be captured and enslaved.

This is a discussion thread to talk about the webdoc. I agree. I only keep posting the link so everyone can see it and then discuss. I have been discussing and so have a few others too.

So what do people think that last scene is the webdoc is? Are they getting ready to charge towards the water, for the water battle? It looks like it to me.

I wish there was more contribution from these people who come here to get the HS stuff. I come here and post stuff, quite frequently too. Others come on asking for the new KV or Webdoc, some say thank you or nothing at all. And you never anything from some of them again. The point is this is a place to discuss not "mooch" as jedijunky1138 puts it.

So please, lets discuss the webdoc now. What did you all like or dislike about it? I liked seeing all the filming they did just for that one scene at the end. The mulitple shots with the same 6 Wookiees and whatnot. I was a little worried about how Kashyyyk was gonna look in the film. I hope in the new trailer, LFL gives us some of the water battle on Kashyyyk.

a byte represents an 8 digit cluster of bits. KB, MB, GB & TB.

a torrent is a fast flowing river made up of smaller streams that all join together (literally translated) but what they actually mean is that its very fast.

so bit torrent is a fast stream of shared information ( if i explained it well )

i was finking that the seps could have been despatched to Kasshyk to get fuel (trees) for the DS construction, but i think again this could throw mustafaar's theory out the window. I prefer thinking mustafaar for the DS construction.

for link and nothing about the web-doc. I thought it
was a pretty good web-doc, nice that Peter Mayhew
is in this last movie. I was hoping for a more bright
and sunny Kashyyyk ,more like the preproduction
artwork. I'm not sure about the mechanical servos
in Chewbacca's lips, I hope they won't overuse
it and make Chewie look different from the original
trilogy. The makeup test photo of Anakin was
great, but I also thought the photo of the torso
of Anakin next to it was interesting too. Is it me or does
it look like Anakin is missing both arms?

Did anyone else notice, in the shot where they show all the wookies, they're playing the music during the Lightsaber fight in AOTC. That score was never on the soundtrack. 🙁

I thought I recognized that music!!! Haha. I wish all the music from the film was on that soundtrack. I love the music in AOTC. Hopefully John Willians cooks up the Wookiees a kicka** theme.
