I thought something much bigger was going to happen when I saw the openig of raw

yea it could have been better but the ring moving was still awesome lol http://users.ev1.net/~Kanike/raw030804.mpg

That's pretty cool. The ring looked so fake, though. There should have been smoke and the lights should have been cut, and someone could wheel out a casket, or the Ministry crucifix could have appeared behind him or something.

that was crap 😬 I don't think they can top the flaming deadman sign like last week

wht happened

yea they should of donme the taker symbols burning instead of the ring and switched them

Breaking News: Brock Lesnar leaving after wrestlemania

Brock Lesnar announced yesterday that he will be leaving WWE after his final match for the company this Sunday at WrestleMania. Lesnar was said to have stood up infront of all the Smackdown! Talent yesterday at the pre-show talent meeting where he announced the news of his departure from the company and the fact that he would like to pursue a career in the National Football League.

From what we?ve heard, Lesnar informed everyone at the meeting that he was feeling miserable in the business. He said that it wasn?t a reflection on the business, but he personally could not find happiness whilst working for the company.

He publically thanked Vince McMahon, Jim Ross and Gerry Brisco "for finding me in college,". He also made another special thank you to two other members of the Smackdown! Brand who he?d worked with on many occasions - Big Show & Paul Heyman. He also told the crew that he wouldn?t return to the company, and wished everyone well. Lesnar was said to be very emotional at this point.

This shocking announcement was said to bring mix reactions from people in the company. Some felt that it opened opportunities for other members of the company where as others felt differently.
No matter which way you look at this shocking news, WWE is losing one of their elite wrestlers. Even though Lesnar has said he wont return to the business, never say never.

Really? That's great!

Some wrestlers think it might be a joke with vince lesnar but it appears like its not. Lesnar was likely too win at WM but now with him possibly leaving too the ending could be changed since goldbeg and lesnar are leaving after WM

Oh well. It really does open doors for new talent.

Where did you hear that? On backstage wrestling.com it says he is just taking some time off but he will return.

So maybe it will be a draw and austin will pin them both and they both will leave but its not a quitters match..they would of announced it by now

So much for the next big thing.

If he quits (like hogan did when he was the lead of WWF), do you think Vince will ever hire him back?

maybe

Slipknot: Where did you hear that? On backstage wrestling.com it says he is just taking some time off but he will return.

It was on prowrestling.com and yea he was gonna take time off anyway and then return but then he changed his mind and jus decided to leave

here are some notes about the WM press conference

-The fans booed loudly when Vince McMahon talked about the brand extension.

-When Paul Heyman came out a huge "ECW" chant broke out. Triple H made a comment saying "This is Wrestlemania, not a bingo parlor", while Heyman grinned.

and this... forgot to post it

-When Brock Lesnar came out, there were several remarks from the crowd about him quitting. Neither Vince nor Brock mentioned the fact that he was leaving the WWE after Sunday.

If lesnar leaves and Taker goes to raw smackdown is doomed. The only reason it is on because it is the only show that has mildly high ratings on upn.

Taker isnt going to raw becuase the taker vs. kane match is announced as an "interbrand" match. unless he goes there later but knowing lesnar is leaving they will prolly keep him on smackdown
