This does not look like an official website to me. Who the Hell is Steve Gerweck? Sorry, mate. I just don't believe it.

Finally, a new Raw GM will be annouced this Monday. Who would love to see the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase become the new GM, eh? eh?

*Long Silence*

Yeah, me neither. 😮

The Poster is on Wikipedia and has been named offical.

Kane vs Kane angle cancelled

angle to ECW... i dont like it.

Why I kinda liked it. It would have given them a decent storyline for Kane.

They did Undertaker Vs Undertaker back in 94, I don't see why they would rehash. Oh yeah, because they're shit.

ECW won't be as good, not while Vince has a hand in it.

I think it would be very good. Im sure hes not gonna ruin it, ill Bank on that.

WWE NEWS!!!

WWE is presently committed to filming the ECW show live every Tuesday (when WWE is not running a Supershow). The show will film after SmackDown! on the East Coast and before SmackDown! on the West.

The atmosphere at yesterday's SmackDown! taping was extremely chaotic according to PWInsider.com. The creative team had to rewrite the show five or six times before filming last night, which made for one of the most hectic Tuesdays in a while. WWE's preparations for launching ECW are attributed with adding lots of pressure to creative team members.

Starting in October, content from old WWF shows held at Madison Square Garden will air on the MSG Network.

Matt Striker is set to appear on Inside Edition today. A promo on yesterday's show said, "High school teacher by day, professional wrestler by night." Check your local listings for time and channel.

In regards to Orlando Jordan's release last week, WWE's official stance is that they didn't see enough potential in him to warrent a spot on the roster. However, the backstage belief is that he was released because he was constantly bringing a male friend without authorization on recent

Paul Birchill's pirate gimmick is being dropped. He will be out of action for a few weeks due to an injury.

In a bit of a correction, Ric Flair didn't sign a new contract with WWE. He simply signed a one year extension on his existing deal.

There has been some talk of having Test become a top level heel that feuds with Rob Van Dam.

Terry Funk and a few other people have recommended that WWE sign Homicide for the new ECW. No offer has been made to him as he is still under contract to TNA, however, it is said to be a short-term deal that will be expiring soon. Also, Homicide isn't happy in TNA.

Aside from C.M Punk and Mike Knox, they are the only developmental wrestlers that WWE has thought about bringing to the new ECW at the moment.

Randy Orton is expected to make his return from suspension at the June 13 Smackdown tapings in Trenton, NJ. During his time away, Orton has sought professional help in regards to his personal problems and handling adversity in the locker room.

JBL's dimished physique is due in part to a serious back problem which makes him unable to train. He is expected to be out of action throughout the entire summer due to chronic knee and back problems.

Apparently, Melina has rubbed a lot of people in the locker room the wrong way. There has been some talk backstage that she has developed a bit of an ego and that she doesn't work well with a few of the other women in the company.

Mike "The Miz" Mizanin is set to make his official WWE debut this week on Smackdown. He won't be a wrestler for the time being, but rather, a "host".

Former Tough Enough 4 competitor Ryan Reeves, who was just starting to get a push in OVW, broke his thumb after throwing a punch. He will be out of action for an undetermined amount of time.

Dave Scherer reports that Vince McMahon didn’t like the way the Kane vs. Kane angle came off on Monday night, so much that there is talk of dropping the angle all together with no explanation.

The current storyline is designed to setup a Tazz vs. Jerry Lawler match.

Chris Benoit was upset when he learned his One Night Stand match against friend Dean Malenko had been dropped. Malenko had gone into training to prepare for the match.

Dave Meltzer reports that Rey Mysterio is expected to hold on to the World title until the 7/23 Great American Bash PPV. Pro Wrestling Insider is reporting that Mark Henry is likely to be the next Smackdown champion, setting up a Henry-Batista program.

While in Mexico, Mark Jindrak (wrestling as Marco Corleone) shaved his head.

In the "this was bound to happen" section, Mike Johnson reports that the Sci Fi channel would like aliens of some sort to be apart of new ECW show. There is hope the show will debut at a 1.0 rating, and after a strong showing, the program could be moved to the USA Network.

Masato Tanaka is interested in wrestling full-time for ECW. Meltzer reports that WWE has offered Tanaka a contract.

Speaking of potential ECW talent, the Pro Wrestling Insider reports that names being considered for the ECW brand include Charlie Haas, Rob Conway. Jimmy Yang (Akio), The Big Show, Matt Hardy, and Shannon Moore.

Paul Heyman, who had been working closely with OVW writing and developing talent, will be taken out of the developmental territory to concentrate on ECW full-time. Greg Gagne has been handed some of the OVW duties. This may be a bit rough for Greg who hasn’t done any production work since the late 1990s with WCW. His father Vern ran AWA for a while, but Greg was never part of any TV production teams.

Some wrestler in OVW noticed Heyman didn’t have the passion he usually had when prepping OVW talent. He knew he was going on to ECW and mentally, he had moved on, away from OVW and its workers. One wrestler said to our sources, “he has what he wants (ECW’s relaunch) so he doesn’t ‘need’ OVW anymore.”

Danny Davis and Al Snow will continue to handle promoting and training duties for OVW and may be asked to pick up some of the slack that Gagne doesn't in the absence of Heyman.

According to reports from within the arena at last night’s SmackDown taping in Portland, Oregon a vignette ran stating that Batista will return on the July 7th edition of SmackDown

The Memorial Day edition of Raw scored a 3.8 cable rating, with a 5.9 The show did hours of 3.5 and 4.0. Also, the 5/28 edition of A.M. Raw did a 1.0 cable rating, with a 4.5 share.

Some possible WWE feuds which have discussed include Edge vs. Carlito, Shelton Benjamin vs. Viscera, Ken Kennedy vs. Booker T, and Bobby Lashley vs. Randy Orton.

New WWE developmental diva signee Shantelle Taylor is trying to get a work visa so that she can wrestle in the United States. Taylor recently had to pull out of a U.S. indy commitment because she didn't have a work visa.

Aaron "The Idol" Stevens and KC James are scheduled to debut on Smackdown as a tag team in the near future. Roadkill was previously scheduled to be brought in a tag team with KC James, and with Michelle McCool as their manager (and Roadkill's love interest), however, those plans have been nixed.

Roadkill is still being called up, just not to Smackdown. Roadkill will likely end up on the ECW roster.

As stated previously, Michelle McCool was scheduled to be the manager of Roadkill and KC James upon their debut on Smackdown. McCool was managing the duo in Ohio Valley Wrestling. McCool is still being brought up to Smackdown, however, it will be as a solo act. Instead of a "country girl" gimmick, she will have a "hot teacher" gimmick. Michelle McCool is scheduled to make her debut this week on Smackdown.

Dave Scherer reports that WWE is tinkering with the idea of Kurt Angle doing his Open Invitational again once ECW starts. Believe it or not, much of the current ECW booking has not been done by Paul Heyman or Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer's role is a talent agent that reports to John Laurinaitis.

Scherer also reports that Dewey Larson has been signed to a ECW deal to be a referee for the promotion.

Speaking of ECW, WWE is interested in Rhino when his TNA contract expires in July. However, TNA is hopeful he will resign with them.

Mike Johnson reports that Kevin Fertig (aka Mordecai) is expected to be brought into ECW as a leader of a heel group.

According to SLAM! Wrestling:

What has been the fear of WWE fans for the last couple years looks like it is now a reality -- The Rock appears to be finished wrestling.

In an interview with SLAM! Wrestling, The Rock, real name Dwayne Johnson, said that he did not have an immediate interest in returning to the squared circle, a stage that he called home before launching his movie career.

"I don't really have the itch to go back," Johnson admitted.

Abd for Chris Jericho.....I miss him....BRING HIM BACK!

Future stars in my opinion:

Kenny
Ken Kennedy
Bobby Lashley
Carlito
Mercury
Johnny Nitro
Paul Burchill

* holy... man, what a bomber... 🙁

I think the best event of Raw recently was Paul Heyman making a mockery of Foley.

I think Vince intended for the fans to rally around good ol' Mick and the WWE, but Heyman just burned him so many times that everyone could do nothing but be quiet.

I can't wait to see ECW boo Cena out of the arena. If he retains the fans will go sick.

-AC

Yes, then he'll walk back with the belt. They'll go home.

He'll say 'went good today'. They'll get in their cars. Perhaps there's traffic.

Everyone will go to bed.

I can actually see RVD winning the title but I can't see him holding it that long though.

Dont get me wrong he is a good wrestler and his career is just getting back to the point it was at before his move to Smackdown ruined it but I cant see him holding the title very long. Maybe a week or two after he wins it more than likely Cena will regain it.

Although so many people claim to be "sick" of Cena his merchandise continue to sell through the roof as he has the highest selling merchandise with Stratus in a close second.

So although people continue to boo Cena he continues to bring in the dollar signs by the truckload and in case you havent noticed thats all Vince cares about these days.

It's almost a foregone conclusion on the net that RVD will lose, purely because it's seemingly being pushed that the main event for Vengeance will be Edge Vs Cena for the title.

Sabu is also facing Rey for the title. Why? We don't know. Sabu jobbing to Rey Mysterio, tragic.

-- Despite recent reports, there is not expected to be a major Sci-Fi influence on characters in ECW. Right now, WWE is planning to introduce only one "unusual" set of characters -- a vampire faction.

==============================

you know, I know Vampires do sound bad at first but then i remember, Vampiro, Gangrel, the Brood, Ministry/Amish Undertaker (I know he wasn't a vampire, but damn it if he didn't look like one)....

Maybe RVD will win the title at One Night Stand. But don't forget that Edge has a WWE Championship match at Vengeance, so he could lose it there. And since it's quite likely that Edge will face RVD for the title that means the "DX" poster can't be the official one.

IT IS ON WIKIPEDIA AND UNDER IT OFFICAL!

Just so you know just because it's on Wikipedia doesnt make it official people post false crap on there all the time.

But i do know that it's true because the arena where they are hosting it at has the poster on thier site as well as the PPV promos that are airing with DX clips.

But the deal might not go down anymore because Micheals injury was not supposed to occur.

He wasnt due to get surgery in his knee but for another couple of months so now WWE is deciding whether or not to keep the present storyline or pull the plug altogether.
