Do I care if my ass looks huge in these pants? No. They're meant to be baggy and showing my ass off is one of the least things I worry about, but since your a guy thats all you pay attention to is seeing women's asses.
Yes, they are mens pants but there were no flared leg pants in the women's section and these were the most awesome so I got em.

exactly man, my girlfriend is into this goth stuff, i hate the clothes, but obviously i like her because shes my girlfriend.

i know what you mean though, some people do discriminate because of the clothes you wear, ive nearly been beaten up before about it, all i was wearing were some baggy combat trousers!
