unecessary? i beg to differ. the blood sugar level needs to be maintained. the body then transform the sugar into much needed calories for the body to funtion. the vital organs, i.e heart, lungs, intestines, liver, stomach, needs 2000 calories just to function at a resting rate.

so.... yeah. cake, good 👆 cake on waitress, even better 👆 👆
