"I missed your sparkling personality" (hinting at the diamonds in his face)
then Zao beats him in the stomach and says
"How's that for a punchline?" (meaning it litteraly: punching)

He tried as Sir August De Wynter in the new Avengers movie and it bombed. I thought he was pretty good, but apparently others did not! Furthermore they would never put an old Bond with a new Bond -- Bond fans wouldn't like it.
