Is there anybody here who has not ended up on the same side as Ghandhi?

Hmmm, Thatcher looks awfully close to Hitler there.....

Yeah, but Bush is still closer to him.

hehe true, however it's those last few points that really matter

Economic Left/Right: -7.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.28

Yes, I'm all the way down there in the left corner with Ghandi! As far away from Hitler and Thatcher as I can get...
What... a surprise... not! 😄

(Waves to Darth Revan and Tpt who seems to think the most like I do. I wonder what you guys answered to the "Authorities should always be questioned?"😉 🙂

hehe too radical for my taste

Fire> Well, see... Up there you just see some numbers. What's interesting is of course why people chose the answers they did...
But HEY... it's a debate-forum...
YAY! 🙂

Heh... I think I said "Strongly Agree." By which I mean we shouldn't trust anybody just because they were elected to office...

I went for agree. IMO there is a limitation to questioning authorities

I didn't get a chance to post my results last night...but they were as follows:
Economic Left/Right: -6.83
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.04

Heh...and yes, I certainly put 'strongly agree' for that question ✅

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -6.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 0.82 (I am the only one who had a number like this cry)

what the heck does that mean? 😖

Actually, I was surprised at my own score. I expected myself to be up quite a bit higher 🙂.

EDIT: By "up" I mean "north".

As I said, the questions are slanted.

So...we should take like twelve tests and find our average? 🙂

I've got different results every time 🙂 My first result (months ago) was equivalent to Schuman's position though 😬

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: 5.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 4.67

Pretty close to Tony Blair and Hitler. Just remenber before taking the test read this:

"So are you ready to take the test? Remember that there's no right, wrong or ideal response. It's simply a measure of attitudes and inevitable human contradictions to provide a more integrated definition of where people and parties are really at. Click here to start."

Left/Right -4.75
libertarian/authoritarian 0.05

How did you get the chart with your position on and all the other people's as well?

Fire> Well, I doubt the purpose of the question is to question a doctor if he says I should take penicillin. 😉
So I strongly agreed… Of course.

Silver Stardust> Not so surprising I’d say 😄

Jedi Princess> What it means? You probably never question authorities.

Winddancer> So you’re a rightwing authoritarian?

No
