GL Corps vs. Galactus' heralds

yea like when the Dreaming Celestial altered Galactus so that he would eat the other Celestials.

Or rather, Galactus was on the verge of consuming the whole universe. But as said, he was altered and this was a Galactus from a different universe.

On topic, I think the heralds would ultimately defeat the GL Corps much for the fact that their supply of energy is not limited like a battery.
