Major Glenn Talbot is one of the Hulk arch-nemesis.but General Thunderbolt Ross orders not to kill the Hulk.and General Ross orders Major Talbot tries to captured the Hulk.but Major Talbot orders his men to kill the Hulk.what do you think about Talbot?is he a corrupted US military officer or an evil?

He brother,he just a Hulk villain.that's why?Josh Lucas portraying his role as the Hulk's arch-nemesis evil Major Talbot.but in the TV cartoons and comics.Talbot is just a villain too.and tried to killed the Hulk.
