Should Grievous be Force Sensitive?

it also depends on the individual jedi's ability.

Individual ability of Grievous would be high, after all he is a super computer/humanoid taught by Count Dooku, a master of the force for over 80 years. Combined with all of his tactical programming and cybord speed (it's a BS term I know) I suppose he could tear the Jedi to pieces.
