Electro vs Hydro Man

These guys don't mix well together, but if they fought could one be a clear cut winner?

you do realize that water DOES NOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY. Its the minierals/ions inside the water that are conductors. If you take pure, distilled water, and try to conduct electricity, it is actually one of the worst conductors there are. So, seeing as hydroman most likely turns into PURE water, electro's attacks will have no effect on him what-so-ever. Hydroman wins!

Hydroman is soo powerful. He's one of those guys who has to be restrained by blackmail inorder to deal with him.

well, Electro would win. in a heart beat literally.

Electro can heat water into vapor before it even touches him*. Electro is easily one of Spidermans most dangerous(and goofy looking) enemies.

if he had a proper water supply he could theoretically "drown" electro. hard to say though.

hydro man might not actually be PURE water either. considering the environment is probably going to be a city setting with some water nearby. hydro man is going to have to absorb some water at some point to which its not going to be clean. then electro could heat up the water and boil him out of existance (for a while).

i say 50/50. to hard to tell.

Either way, it'd be a great fight.

Hydro Man could recreate dinosaurs with enough space to control his power in.
If Electro could increase the shock to Dr. Frankinstin levels he'd be able to at least effect Hydro Man's attention like The Frankinstin Monster.
