...turned around. "What are you doing?" Kara practically shouted at Adriane. "You're ruining my party!"
"Serves you right!" Adriane retorted. A beam of silver wolf light burst from her wolf stone. Instantly, unicorn magic erupted from Kara's jewel, shielding her from Adriane's fury. Emily rushed over.
"Guys, please, stop fighting!" She tried to pull them apart.
Blaze and Fiona flew around them, eyes wide with distress.

I created the beginning of a story...lookie!!!
"Are you sure this is it?" Emily looked around as she climbed. Dead grass swayed as hot blasts of wind blew Emily's red curls back from her face. They were in the Fire Desert, a place where magical windstorms caused fire to scar the land. Luckily, there was no sign of a fire...yet.
"Yeah." Adriane lugged the backpack up onto a rock, her wolf stone glinting bright silver in the sun.
"I just had my nails painted!" Kara wailed, anxiously studying her pink nails.
Adriane glared at Kara. "We wouldn't be here if you hadn't been showing off your magic," she accused. "You lost control of your magic, and somehow got us here."
Kara rolled her eyes and flicked a tress of blond hair over her shoulder. "Whatever. Just get us out of here. Call Zach or something."
"I did! It'll take him a few days to fly here. He said to look for a portal near here, to take us to Port Berry. We'll have to wait there until he comes. Besides," Adriane turned to face Kara, "you were the one who took us here."
"How do you even know where the portal is?" Kara asked, twirling the unicorn jewel between her fingers.
"Natural markers." Adriane pointed to rocks in two rows, creating a trail. They followed her down it, the grass cushioning their feet.
"Guys, please, stop it!" Emily was beginning to get upset.
Kara turned around to Adriane, unicorn jewel clutched tightly in her hand. "What did I even do?" she yelled, her blue eyes sparking furiously.
Adriane took a step back and smirked. "You existed."
"Guys!" Emily tried again.
Kara ignored her. Wave upon wave of magic was building up inside her, increased by her fury. "That's it!" Kara held out the unicorn jewel. A blinding beam of magic exploded from the gem, enveloping Adriane in red and pink light.
Blue-green light shot from Emily's rainbow jewel as she tried to stop them. "Please, guys!"
Adriane's wolf stone covered her in a crackling shield of wolf fire. Intense volleys of magic swirled around her, striking here and there only to be deflected by her shield.

I read at least one Avalon book every day...I am a reading addict. Back to the story!

Kara wiped off a smear of tomato. Gripping her unicorn jewel, she tried to control the magic that was streaming out of it.
Dreamer howled, and a silver bolt of Adriane's magic crackled and made its way for Kara. Terrified, she swung her jewel upwards as Lyra yowled, and a pink shield deflected the blow.
Adriane spun around, sending magic flying over Kara. Dreamer growled and lunged.
But Lyra pounced at dreamer Kara grabbed the milk out of the fridge and flung it at Adriane , Adriane quickly ducked and rolled back into a fighting Stans. "Looks like you cant control your magic Kara even if you are a level two." Adriane said with a smirk. Dreamer and Adriane started to move around Kara. Kara stared to panic "Well at lest when I like someone I tell them." Kara scrammed at Adriane. "If you are talking about Zack you can gust shut up because you liked that Lorin guy so don't even tell me about that kind of stuff." Adriane Said wile she whipped a silver beam of light at Kara.
