We still need

Gordon, Mr. freeze, scarecrow, riddler, mad hatter, crock, peguin, and more

So if you don't like those, then you could make up one.

i don't think i'd do any of em justice... sorry... and i don't like to create characters, but thats just me...

We need two face also .. he is a mix between good and evil
