DOES ANYONE RECALL A MOVIE WHICH HAD A NANNY WHO COULD
SHOOT ORANGE JUICE FROM HER FINGER TIPS? MY DAUGHTER HAD SEEN THE MOVIE A LONG TIME AGO, AND SHE IS FOREVER TRYING TO REMEMBER ITS TITLE. THE NANNY WAS ACTUALLY A ROBOT, BUT APPEARED HUMAN. AND WAS SENT TO LIVE WITH A FAMILY.

I never saw it; I just used the search function at the IMDb. One of the reviews talks about the robot making a self-contained smoothie for the little girl, and later there's some sort of malfunction involving oranges...I just figured that's probably the movie you were looking for.
