It explains exactly in detail what happened in Revolutions. And it was so vague before. But now, everything is clear. Oh the Matrix WAS rebooted...

It wasn't rebooted.. Did you see the cat in the end.. That signifies that they changed it, not reloaded it.

i watched it, and it was pretty confusing, but it is amazing about all the ties the matrix has with different religion and stuff like that

Once you realize the similarities between multiple religions, the posibilities are beyond count...
