explosions like red vapors of blood and shards of ripped flesh?

or explosions of smelly green vapors and stained underware?

You cannot explode by eating too much, eventually, you would just puke up.

This reminds me of the movie Seven where the guy is fed till he could eat no more and then kicked in the stomach so his stomach exploded internally.

I doubt it if you would blow up just for eating too much.If it was true then a person who is really over weight would had blowned up along time ago.
Anyway is it possible that when sneezing you stop yourself from doing this and your head explosions?No acouse not.So no worrys ok?JM
