Just in case anyone is too lazy to go through the whole thread, Motee shared some other juicy tidbits over the first couple of pages:

M: "Padme never goes to Dagobah."
Q: "Where and When leaving Emperor office to Mustafar?"
M: "Post duel."
"Palpatine turns into Sidious during the Mace-fight."
Q: "is it Obi walking to dusk or by vechicle?"
M: "Neither."
Q: "Yoda exile to Dagobah not shown?"
M: "No."
Q: "Emperor not withnessing the begin of this duel."
M: "Which duel?"
Q: "Motee, (OT) on "Some things I cannot do", do you know if Obi-Wan reveals himself to Padmé before she confronts Anakin, like on her ship before they get there?"
M: "Obi-Wan secretly stows aboard the Naboo Skiff - think cut scene from TPM with Qui-Gon in the desert."
Q: "I Yoda defeated by convetional measures (ie out-dueled/forepowered) or does someone interfer WWE style?"
M: "Yoda's exit could be seen as cowardly. But I think it is smart.
Either way, its still exciting."
Q: "So, Tern, does Sidious believe Yoda is dead at the end of this duel? If not, why doesn't he go after him?"
M: "Sidious doesn't know what happens to Yoda."
"The order should be something like this:
Obi/Yoda in Temple.
Yoda Vs. Sidious in Holding
Obi Visits Padme
Yoda Vs. Sidious in Senate
Padme's Arrival on Mustafar"
Q: "Yoda probably flees cause backup is coming to aid Palpatine. He can't fight all of them at once, so he leaves?"
M: "Nope."
"Just to clear this up.
The fight starts in the Holding Office, they get onto the Chancellor's pod which then goes UP into the Main Senate Chamber."
Q: "Damn, Mustafar must be across the galactic street from Coruscant?"
M: "There is a bit of action going on before the others reach Mustafar.
I had to combine some scenes to get to where I needed to be for tomorrow."
Q: "After Padme's injured and the boys are fighting, do the droids take Padme back to her ship?"
M: "Yes." "Padme isn't dead - so I am not sure HOW they get her on the ship. She is still conscious."
"Actually, she doesn't know he [Ani] is dead.
The saddest thing is the last line she delivers after naming her second child."
Q: "So Padme does name BOTH babies herself?
M: "No. And the line she utters is from the OT."
"She [Padme] is conscious when she reaches the Polis Massa belt.
Obi-Wan calls Yoda and Bail to meet him there from memory."
"Also, Obi-Wan is an exact replica of Qui-Gon in ANH. What I am saying is that Qui-Gon defying the Jedi Council in TPM is exactly what Obi-Wan does in ANH."
Q: "I've got it! Luke and Leia are NOT supposed to be trained?"
M: "Yes."
Q: "Is this Padme's Dying wish?"
M: "No."
"They do not discuss it [splitting up the twins] on the Tantive. They split up after Polis Massa - all to their respective ANH planets."
"The one [Insider pic of Yoda, Obi and Bail on the Tantive IV] of the conference room is from when they return to Coruscant."
