HEy... if you ask me for the hottest foreign actor it's a tough pick... but i'll have to go with oliver james yummy!!!!!!! Of coruse orlando bloom and johnny depp in his movies.... and so on and so on... they are the first ones to come to mind... jude law is alsi a hottie!!!!!!! and so many others...... but check out Oliver James's pictures!!!!!! or if you have seen "What a girl wants" its really good!!! or actally i wouldnt know 'cause i didn't concentrate on the movie at all... all i was thinking was "oh i wish i could be that girl kissing him........" and ofcoruse theodore chester is very cute!!!!!
