Lief is pronounce 'leaf' I have a friend with the same name...
Its also believe it or not one of those name which can be either for a boy or girl... as my friend happens to be a girl... although this version of the name Lief is more common for the boy's spelling or so I'm told by her.
Now to prevent further arguements of the pronuciation of Lief... it is how I said, cause that's how Emily Rodda pronounces it.

I started this particular thread on December 22nd 2004. So we're going pretty good as its now 2007.

For now at any rate... yeah I finished my last HSC exam today, and for some strange reason had a panic attack the night before, but what can you do....

Two essays and an hour and a half exam good way to finish... (Drama Exam...)

Anywho... I"M FREE!!!!!! And my birthday party is next saturday!! then the formal week after that...

Yar, my formal is Friday. Then I'm well and truly finished.

My Fav book in the DQ series... Well Maze of the Beast was enjoyable, although I did like the look into the Shadowlands in the final book of series 2, but then the awesome dragons of series 3 were cool too.

hmm, I'd say my fave book might be Dread mountain, an maybe sister of the south. I like every single one of them. When booklover wrote the post, it was 9:30 for me, I live in Canberra.

srry i havnt been on latly but my brother is always on the kids computer and im not allowed on my moms. I agree...itz hard to choose a fav book out of the deltora series. i guess the reason y i like them so much is how the danger just doesnt end. they keep on getting themselves into trouble and almost killing themselves...not tring to take the idea off DQ but wat r some other series/books do u guys like cause i got no book to read and i miss it. crazy i kno!!! 😛
