I still like Brosnan. 😮

He was only good in Goldeneye, IMO.

He was good in TND too, the movie's writing was a tad askew though 😬

I think he was most appealing in the casino part in Goldeneye.

Wow this thread is back again? 😱

What the hell are you talking aboot...."Remington Steele" is ****ing awesome.......

I agree... i liked most of tnd too...

Since this thread was brought back.Brosnan really sucks as james Bond.He is a horrible actor.Being able to memorize your lines does not make a person a good actor, how you DELIVER those lines is what makes that person a good actor and Brosnan does a horrible job of delivering his lines, especially in the james bond films. He is not at all a good Bond like Connery and Moore were.Heck even Timothy Dalton was better than him.I so much breathed some relief when Dalton took on the role and I thought Brosnan would never take it on,then my worst nightmare came true and he did end up taking on the role later. 😠

For anybody to vote HIM the best Bond.those people dont know anything about good acting obviously. 😆

I'd say he's second... behind connery... and incredibly talented too...

He is second to connery, moore just seemed to old from the start for me, I was really hoping he would do one more, I liked the last bond movie except for Hally Berry, she shouldn't be allowed to talk in movies. And I liked Dante's Peak, he was good in that movie. and no offense but just because you think he's a bad actor doesn't mean he is. Different people have different taste, who are you to say yours is better than someone elses?

He is okay in other movies but he really really does a horrible job of delivering his lines in the james bond flicks.as I mentioned before,he acts the same way as he did on that show remington steele in the james bond flicks and seems to be confused that he is not on remington steele anymore and is instead in a james bond flick.thats inexcusable for an actor. He has got to be the worst Bond ever, except for george lazenby of course.

Wow... ok...

Guess by now there's enough voters here proving that Brosnan did a good job as Bond, and I agree. For me he's second to Connery as well. He has the looks, the moves, the charm and the appropriate sarcasm, and he has been put though to the more difficult scenario's Bond has had to face and made a great performance.

What's the word on the new Bond anyway, just read some 25 year old punk has a chance on the role, I hope not

I'll take the 25 year old punk over Brosnan any day of the year.

More votes over another actor hardly mean that an actor did a good job by the way.

I personally think that he sucked playing the role of James Bond. In his acting it was screwed up, he seemed fake, I wasnt really buying into the role he was payed to play.

although i always was big fan of moore because ive seen the older movies a million times and i loved him and connery of course

Yeah I always loved Moore and Connery as well.I'll NEVER accept Brosnan as Bond though. 😘 If they are going to continue the series "which SHOULD have ended years ago." ,it needs a fresh start and someone new.

^lol thats supposed to be quoted too but whatever.......

How about someone who DOESNT act like its being forced......all Im saying is i think moore could actually play the part so that it was believable. I could actually buy into the series when he played bond.
